Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Global Enterprise Affairs Command Center to drive operational excellence across initiatives, manage programs, and coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and enterprise partners to deliver EA’s strategic priorities.

You will lead ad hoc projects, analyze data to inform decisions, support strategic planning and reporting, and ensure well‑managed delivery with a focus on process improvements, change management, and results‑oriented execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well‑managed delivery with Chiefs of Staff.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to inform decision making.
• Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning.
• Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well‑managed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and drive best practices compliance.
• Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals.
