Job summary

LEMOINE in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. You will plan, monitor, and control schedules using Primavera P6, collaborating with field teams and project management to deliver on time.

The role emphasizes schedule analysis, EVM familiarity, and producing weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders, with emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental excellence within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience supporting civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management).
• Strong understanding of civil construction operations including earthwork, site grading, wet utilities, underground utilities, concrete operations, laydown yards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects.
• Build and maintain baseline schedules reflecting all phases of construction operations.
• Analyze and monitor project schedules utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
• Perform schedule updates and maintain accurate progress tracking against project milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Develop look-ahead schedules, resource-loaded schedules, manpower forecasts, and productivity reports.
• Identify schedule variances, delays, and potential impacts while providing mitigation and recovery recommendations.
• Assist with forecasting project completion dates and performing time impact analyses as required.
• Support the preparation and analysis of change orders, delay claims, and progress payment applications.
• Assist Project Management with Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and cost/schedule integration.
