Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals are met within time frames. You will partner with Region Service Managers, Product Support Sales, and Shop teams to maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules and critical-path analyses.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and organizational skills with 5–10 years of project management experience and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related major.
• 3–7 years of project management experience or 3 years with additional training.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules and Gantt/PERT charts.
• Support planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to standardize scheduling approaches.
• Capture estimates from stakeholders for new, updated, or remaining work.
• Identify milestones and critical project events; manage risk and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and participate in weekly reviews.
