Qualifications

• Four (4) years related or software support experience.
• Associate’s Degree or higher or 4+ years of experience in software support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload and meet competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative with a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and create a vision for development projects.
• Act as a primary liaison by communicating with stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team.
• Manage backlog items and prioritize them based on strategy and objectives.
• Map out project dependencies with the project coordinator to inform sequence of development.
• Prioritize projects based on scope, budget, and time.
• Understand and anticipate client needs to manage the development process.
• Oversee the development of the product through all phases including planning, refinement, review and sprint.
