Job summary

FCCBH seeks a Project Evaluator to oversee and improve the evaluation and performance measurement activities for Project AWARE. You will coordinate data collection, validation, analysis, and SPARS reporting to monitor implementation and outcomes.

The role collaborates with the Project Director, LEA managers, and school districts to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and to drive continuous quality improvement through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, psychology, education, social work, statistics, evaluation, behavioral health, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in program evaluation, data management, quality improvement, or performance measurement.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience preparing reports for federal, state, or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management, and data analysis software.
• Experience working in behavioral health, education, or school-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project AWARE evaluation plan.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of all required project data.
• Oversee submission of required SAMHSA SPARS data.
• Monitor project implementation fidelity, process measures, outcome measures, and performance benchmarks.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, strengths, challenges, and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and final evaluation reports for the Project Director and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with participating school districts to collect attendance, behavioral, and outcome data.
• Assist with the development of measurable objectives, performance indicators, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Support CQI activities by presenting evaluation findings to leadership and advisory board.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/CARF/DMH/HIPAA/FERPA requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and evaluation records.
• Participate in grant monitoring activities and related tasks.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice models.
• Communicate information effectively and accurately.
• Ensure the program aligns with certification standards and strategic plan.
