Job summary

K&A Power Group in Augusta, Maine is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler & Cost Controller to join our team. You will produce cost and schedule reports, manage the integrated master schedule, and monitor earnings and cost performance against the baseline.

The role requires CAPM/PMI-SP or equivalent, SAP, and Primavera/MS Project experience. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure policy adherence, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controlling and 4 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling.
• CAPM or PMI-SP Certificate or equivalent (requires Avangrid approval)
• SAP experience required
• Primavera (preferred) and/or MS Project experience required
• Experience in Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro and OSG

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports in support of project planning and control initiatives.
• Verify cost information and allocate to project budgets; produce cost reports and forecasts.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule and project sequencing/logic.
• Perform EVM during all project stages and monitor progress against baseline.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Provide guidance on scheduling practices and maintain project control databases.
