Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; HydroCAD and HEC‑RAS/HEC‑HMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform conceptual and detailed civil design including site layout, grading, stormwater, erosion control and utility design.
• Support geotechnical investigations with field coordination and data review.
• Assist in geotechnical reports and design considerations for foundations and earthwork.
• Support design and permitting for municipal and residual waste facilities and related infrastructure.
• Prepare and review plans, calculations, specs, estimates and reports.
