AIA Seattle seeks a Programs & Engagement Manager to lead the programmatic activities of American Institute of Architects Seattle, a 501(c)(6) professional membership organization. You will oversee education programs, signature design and awards events, and committee-led programming to engage members and volunteers.

You will anticipate issues, develop learning opportunities, manage budgets, collaborate across teams, and support a thriving, equitable design community across the region.

Formación

• Demonstrated management experience in programs development, project management, event planning, and volunteer engagement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent life experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate, manage and produce education and awards programs to equip our members to shape the built environment and elevate the impact of architecture and design in our communities.
• Engage members, volunteers, and partners to inform program development and expand organizational impact.
• Oversee the delivery of programs and events in alignment with established goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with committees and supervise the Programs Coordinator to support program success.
• Participate in governance, leadership activities and annual planning.
