Job summary

American Institute of Architects Seattle is seeking a Development Manager to lead fund development for AIA Seattle and Seattle Design Festival (SDF). This role focuses on sponsorships, individual giving, and member recruitment, retention, services, and benefits.

The Development Manager cultivates and stewards relationships with sponsors, members, donors, and board members, and leads campaigns and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience.
• Demonstrated management experience in fundraising, partnership, business development, membership, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorship development and campaigns management.
• Cultivate and maintain sponsor, donor, and member relationships.
• Maintain accurate data and records for development activities.
• Lead the Development Committee for AIA Seattle + Seattle Design Festival.
• Oversee online advertising sales to sponsors and prospects.
• Develop and manage goals and budgets for sponsorship and giving activities.
