Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team and ensure quality supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will guide ISP implementation, supervise caregivers, coordinate daily living activities, and arrange community outings, while maintaining compliance and high standards. We offer full- and part-time options with benefits and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities including meal preparation, medication administration and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
