Job summary

Wheeler Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Intensive Family Preservation in Hartford, CT.

This role leads clinical and administrative functions, supervises staff, manages referrals, admissions and discharge, and ensures alignment with the program model. The position requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in a human services field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and CT licensure eligibility (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist).

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least 3 years in the field; experience with early childhood and/or substance use is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight and leadership to programs within the department.
• Manages referrals, admissions and discharge processes and program budgets.
• Oversees staff supervision, performance, and data collection to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with funders and community partners to advance program goals.
