Job summary

Earth Advantage is a nonprofit focused on decarbonizing buildings and advancing climate solutions. The Program Manager, Building Energy & Climate, will lead a suite of building decarbonization and energy policy projects, collaborating with federal, utility, and research partners.

The role requires strong project management experience, policy insight, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
General knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency principles.
Deep commitment to Earth Advantage’s mission and sustainability initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple funded projects with timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including agencies, utilities, researchers, and community organizations.
Deliver technical assistance, policy guidance materials, and project findings reports.
Manage contracts and grants with regular reporting and budget tracking.
Build partnerships and promote advanced decarbonization practices in the building sector.
