The Boston Foundation seeks a Program Manager for the Boston Opportunity Agenda to support the implementation and management of projects across the BOA scope, from early childhood education through higher education and workforce development. The role will coordinate the Success Boston collective impact network and engage partnerships across secondary and post-secondary initiatives.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline for interns to support BOA projects (2–3 interns/year).
• Support the executive director with communications and business operations projects.
