Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the program and maintain communication with staff.
• Provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention as required.
• Oversee human resources management, budget management, and program compliance.
• Monitor program budget and expenses; report as approved.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete and submit all reports accurately and timely.
• Attend meetings with funding agencies and other directed entities.
• Supervise staff; conduct weekly staff meetings and maintain minutes.
• Manage facility maintenance and equipment inventories.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external goals and objectives.
• Engage in professional activities to further program goals.
