BE A SHERO in Las Vegas seeks a strategic, mission-driven Program Director to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that advance organizational goals and serve the community.

The role oversees program operations, staff, and resources, building partnerships with stakeholders and funders while balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day management to deliver measurable impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience managing programs, projects, or initiatives within a nonprofit or community setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with program evaluation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
