Job summary

Niagara Bottling is hiring a Production Operator for day shift (7am/7pm) in Indiana. You’ll run production lines, ensure safety and quality standards, and complete hourly reports while maintaining clean, compliant work areas. The role supports multiple line areas and requires flexibility for a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; an associate’s degree is a plus. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly.
• Inspect products and report defects to leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety standards and maintain housekeeping.
• Support other areas as needed and work 12-hour shifts on 2-2-3 rotations.
