Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Production Operator for day shift (7am–7pm) to run the production floor, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and support continuous improvement across lines.

You will complete hourly production and quality reports, comply with GMP and Food Safety standards, and maintain clean, organized workspaces while keeping materials available to minimize downtime. This role requires reliability on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and materials stocked to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and assist with relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance on a 12-hour shift schedule.
