Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Internal candidates may waive the degree requirement based on performance and relevant experience.
• Strong creative, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and respond to safety incidents.
• Oversee daily operation of assigned areas and motivate production team members.
• Lead in-the-moment problem solving in the production environment.
