Qualifications

• Experience in case management and client risk reduction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise probation and parole staff, set work standards and evaluate performance.
• Manage staff cases, advise on sensitive client cases, and conduct case management audits.
• Review reports for completeness and recommend actions; conduct training sessions on investigation methods.
• Coordinate with referral agencies to develop or modify programs and evaluate district programs.
• Act as liaison with courts, law enforcement, and treatment agencies; participate in training on use of force.
