Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in California with current, active license.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute hospital settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations.
• Assess speech-language, voice, fluency, cognition, and dysphagia disorders.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication and swallowing safety.
• Lead discharge planning and support safe transitions of care.
