Job summary

Greenridge Post-Acute & Senior Living in El Sobrante, CA, seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. This role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and real daily impact as you help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain progress notes, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR/BLS certifications.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain calm and professional.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately assess, diagnoses and treats speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Continually review treatment results and adjust programs for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient charts, daily progress notes and monthly reports clearly and concisely.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and outcomes.
