Job summary

The Ward Law Group in New York, NY is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage pre-litigation matters with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to advocate for injured clients at every stage of their cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases for pre-litigation.
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value to develop strategies.
• Oversee pre-litigation case development, review demands, and negotiate settlements.
• Identify cases requiring litigation and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with trial counsel as needed.
• Keep clients informed and coordinate with support staff to meet deadlines.
