Qualifications

• RIDE Certification Requirements: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, Birth through Grade 3.
• ESL Certification Preferred

Responsabilités

• Administer district curriculum aligned with RI State Standards.
• Provide specially designed instruction to students with disabilities per IEP goals.
• Collaborate with SPED managers, BCBA, and others to plan instruction and access to the general curriculum.
• Develop and implement IEPs within regulatory timelines.
• Collect progress data and report per RI regulations.
• Create a positive, orderly learning environment and a behavior plan.
• Integrate technology and provide RTI interventions as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
