Job summary

You will track due dates, coordinate visits with caseworkers, gather required photos and documents, notarize when needed, and deliver completed reports to placing countries on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Teams; Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign; ability to learn company databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-placement and post-adoption reporting for all countries and states to ensure country and Gladney requirements are met.
• Enter reporting dates into databases and track due dates for each placement family.
• Coordinate visits with supervisors, home study practitioners, and caseworkers; collect photos and documents.
• Review, notarize, sign, and finalize reports; deliver to placing countries by deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in Gladney databases and inform staff and families of report status.
