• Coordinate and collaborate with the Rehab Director or designated professional to ensure integration of the therapeutic program in the plan of care.
• Instruct the patient and family in techniques, exercises, or precautions to improve function.
• Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment and any changes in condition or treatment.
