Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a Credentialed Physical Therapist to plan and administer prescribed therapy programs, restoring function and alleviating pain for residents. You will review referrals, collaborate with physicians, and document progress while ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PT degree and state licensure, with preferred prior PT experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in the practicing state.
• Prior clinical experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to life 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to travel within a local area as needed for patient treatment.
