Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies, involving patients and families in care planning.
• Execute treatment plans, select appropriate activities, adjust goals with patient input, provide education, and coordinate follow-up and referrals.
• Record evaluations, treatment sessions, family education, discharge details, and other required documentation per protocols.
• Uphold ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, punctuality, and adhere to dress code.
