Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Florida.
• Hands-on BLS Card.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Adheres to universal precautions and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care and treatment.
• Perform physical therapy interventions as prescribed.
• Prepare discharge instructions and home programs.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge recommendations.
• Coordinate with physicians and rehab team for a coordinated plan of care.
