Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

• Supervise and support therapy assistants as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes per regulatory standards.
