Las Colinas Post Acute in Ontario, CA is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver interventions to improve mobility and function.

Pay: $57-60 per hour (DOE)

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide impactful, patient-centered care while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
