Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Virginia is seeking a Physical Therapist for In Motion Physical Therapy – Boo Williams. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments and deliver skilled interventions across outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress in the EMR, maintaining productivity, supervising PT assistants, and ensuring compliance with safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH).
• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and creates an appropriate treatment plan with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily according to the plan of care and practice standards.
• Maintains records of treatment and patient progress in EMR with timely co-signatures where applicable.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care and safety.
• Upholds departmental policies on safety, infection control, and timekeeping.
• Supervises PT assistants’ interventions and growth.
