T.L.C. Physical Therapy, a multi-location practice based in Staten Island, Manhattan, and New Jersey, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for an on-site role in Staten Island, NY.

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation and progression of care.
• Proficiency in Patient Care, safety, and communication.
• Experience or interest in Home Care and educating patients.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in NY.
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Outpatient or orthopedic PT experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades
