Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in a center, aligning with Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care and proper documentation, while adhering to Concentra policies and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate treatment planning, and ongoing professional development to improve outcomes for patients in occupational medicine settings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Ensure compliance with QA policies and regulations.
