Functional Pathways at Pennybyrn in High Point, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision to support patients' physical rehabilitation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in physical therapy, active state license, excellent organizational, time management and communication skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
