Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and deliver skilled therapeutic interventions at In Motion Physical Therapy in Portsmouth. The role includes outpatient and inpatient coverage, pediatrics and off-site locations as needed.

You will document care, maintain productivity, and supervise PT assistants. BLS is preferred at hire and mandatory within 30 days for some facilities; licensing in the current practice state is required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (required)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred on hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)

Aufgaben

• Evaluates patients, gathers information, and develops a treatment plan with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily following the plan of care and current PT practice standards.
• Maintains accurate records of treatment and patient progress in the EMR.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality of care.
• Adheres to departmental policies on safety, infection control and timekeeping.
• Supervises PT assistants when applicable.
