Highland Springs Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing environment, establish treatment plans, and help patients increase mobility using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment.

Our PTs maintain accurate records and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A valid VA Physical Therapist license and a degree from an accredited program are required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited PT program.
• Must hold valid VA Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing setting and communicate with families.
