• Assess and support residents with range-of-motion, orthotics, braces, and adaptive equipment.
• Participate in IP meetings and develop resident-specific goals.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on therapy techniques and equipment.
• Support post-surgical care and monitor therapy outcomes.
