Saint Joseph Berea, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients rebuild or maintain physical wellbeing, evaluate and treat, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life.

You will perform initial evaluations, develop plans of care, and document thoroughly to meet regulatory standards while promoting a patient-centered approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Student or prior experience in a rehab setting.
• KY licensure upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients within physician guidelines and department policies.
• Develop and update plans of care and provide direct treatments.
• Complete documentation to comply with Joint Commission, CARF, Medicare and regulators.
• Demonstrate efficiency by organizing duties and responsibilities.
• Communicate about therapy programs and department issues.
• Perform initial evaluations and regular reassessments to maximize functional independence.
