Presbyterian SeniorCare Network’s Longwood at Oakmont in Verona, PA is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for the Premium Evening Program (3 PM–11 PM, full-time, non-exempt). The role includes helping residents with ADLs, meals, and activities to promote dignity and well-being.

You will be part of a Life Plan Community focused on enriching residents' lives with care, compassion, and respectful support during evening hours. Perks include earned wage access and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem.
• Assist with meals or monitor eating.
• Accompany residents to activities and assist with admissions, discharges and transfers to promote continuity of care.

Premium Program Rate:$19.75/hour

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)assists residents with activitiesofdaily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.
