Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation seeks a speech-language pathologist to evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients in Cadillac. The clinician will plan and execute individualized therapy programs in alignment with ASHA standards and organizational goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing treatment goals with patients and families, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with reimbursement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
• ASHA certificate (CCC-SLP) is preferred/required for clinical practice.
• Experience with pediatric populations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient’s need for speech therapy and plan individual treatment programs.
• Coordinate written treatment plans and administer therapy to each patient per goals.
• Re-evaluate patient status and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Instruct patients and families in speech-language pathology procedures.
• Document patient progress and maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies.
