Job summary

Therapy 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist or OTA to serve families in the Cypress/Jersey Village area of Houston, TX.

This Full-time, Part-time or PRN position is located in our North Houston Division. You’ll perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and other providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Texas OT license.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as necessary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly visit targets and complete charting and paperwork as needed.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
