Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our Houston in-home pediatric therapy team. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling, delivering evidence-based OT under supervision and collaborating with families and the care team.

We provide CEU stipends, travel stipends, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus to support your continued growth and commitment to children’s development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in TX.
• Pediatric experience appreciated but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Support children in developing functional skills for daily living, play, and school participation.
• Communicate and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document sessions and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
