Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide evidence-based pediatric OT services in a home health setting. This PRN/part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive interdisciplinary team to help children develop daily living, play, and school participation skills.

OTE supervision by a licensed OT, pediatric experience preferred, and opportunities for CEU stipends and stipends for travel.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Support children in developing functional skills related to daily living, play, and school participation.
• Communicate and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document sessions and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
