Tallahassee State College is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator for the Department of Juvenile Justice/Office of Staff Development and Training. This is a full-time, grant-funded position reporting to the Professional Development Manager and supporting the Leadership Institute and Talent, Leadership & Culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of technical experience in training, planning, scheduling, customer service, LMS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and may substitute for four years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process and screen applicants, coordinate schedules, and manage cohorts start to finish.
• Provide technical assistance and coaching for Leadership Institute.
• Support LMS administration: marketing, registration, and reporting; create playlists.
• Assist in creating ongoing reports and metrics for data analysis.
• Assist in researching curriculum and resources for leadership institute.
• Plan and coordinate leadership training and conferences.
