KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative in Novi, MI to process referrals and get patients on service, handling commercial, private and government insurances for chronic therapies.

You will verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations when needed, complete start of care paperwork, and contact patients about their financial obligations, collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• At least 2 years of intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process and collects data from referral sources.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains authorizations when needed.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contacts patients to confirm information and communicate financial obligations.
