Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative (Specialty) in Carmel, IN to process referrals and onboard patients onto service. You will work with commercial, private, and government insurances for specialty medications such as Remicade and Stelara, ensuring a seamless transition of care.

Join a mission-driven team focused on patient care and collaborative cross-department support. A strong knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT codes, plus at least two years of intake experience, are desired for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• At least 2-years previous intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process, gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verifies insurance and eligibility and obtains authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contacts patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
