KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative in Alabama to process referrals and enroll patients in our home infusion services. You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, complete start of care paperwork, and inform patients of financial obligations to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes is required.
• At least 2 years of intake experience including eligibility and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process and gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility and obtain authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of financial obligation.
