Coshoctonchamber is seeking a Part‑Time Program Coordinator to lead the Lunch Buddy mentoring efforts in Ridgewood and Riverview schools in Coshocton. You will recruit volunteers, coordinate matches, track data, and help run events, ensuring services align with BBBSA standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in relevant field, 1–3 years of youth program experience, strong communication, and DEI commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with youth or community programs.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage school-based mentoring programs in the assigned district.
• Serve as the main contact for school partners, volunteers, youth, and caregivers.
• Conduct match support through visits, calls, and digital communication.
• Address match challenges and escalate concerns when needed.
