P.T. Services Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking a part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist in Fremont, Ohio. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across ages, developing individualized plans and monitoring progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document services per regulations, and educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing. Ohio licensure is required or eligible.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio is required.
• CCC-SLP certification or working toward it is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
• Strong documentation, time management, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to diverse clinical environments.
