Job summary

IFF is seeking an Owner's Representative (evergreen) to manage building analysis and development for client-driven projects within the Real Estate Solutions department. The role reports to the Lead Owner's Representative in Chicago and operates in a hybrid model with in-office and remote days.

The candidate will lead due diligence, feasibility studies, design oversight, and coordination with architectural/engineering teams while ensuring budget, schedule, and program requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Conducts site visits to assess buildings and provide analyses for clients.
• Coordinate preconstruction services and budget/schedule requirements.
• Facilitate construction activities and track project progress and budgets.
• Support feasibility analyses with budgeting and cost estimates.
• Provide training and technical assistance to nonprofit clients.
• Represent RES in meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
